Dubai Charity Association has announced a financial support of AED 175,000 to the Umm Al Quwain Charity Association, allocated entirely to cover the maintenance and rehabilitation costs of Umm Al Qura School.
This impactful support comes within the framework of the "Alif Baa" seasonal campaign to support education, and is funded by the generous donations of benefactors and philanthropists. These funds have been earmarked to support educational infrastructure, contributing to the creation of an ideal and stimulating learning environment for students, and enhancing the quality of services provided in the educational sector of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
The support cheque handover ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Mahmoud Sahlabji, Director of the Social Solidarity and Marketing Department at Dubai Charity Association, who presented the cheque to Mr. Sultan Ghanem Sultan Al Khuzaimi, Donations Officer at Umm Al Quwain Charity Association. He affirmed the association's steadfast commitment to directing donation funds toward their most urgent developmental and community causes.
In this context, His Excellency Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, made a press statement in which he emphasized that this initiative reflects the association's vision and strategy aimed at building bridges of cooperation and integration with various public benefit associations and institutions in the country.
